On 3. August 2021, with the participation of the Minister of Economy and Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic Mr. Richard Sulík, the first hydrogen bus manufactured in Slovakia was handed over.

The bus is unique in its use of low-pressure hydrogen storage in tanks made of metal hydride alloy compounds and its management is adapted to urban traffic. It is the result of cooperation between the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering TUKE and the company ROŠERO - P from Spišská Nová Ves.
