The Ambassador of Japan Mr. Yasuhiro KAWAKAMI and the First Secretary of the Embassy Mr. Kiyotaka TANAKA visited us on Friday, 8 March 2024. The potential opportunities for cooperation of TUKE and Japanese universities were discussed during the visit. The presentation of hydrogen technologies, which we have been developing at TUKE for more than 17 years, was also an important aim of the visit. We presented the Hydrogen Technology Research Centre with such exhibits as a hydrogen bus, the car concept MH2, as well as a prototype of an aircraft engine powered by the electricity produced by hydrogen.
