State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic Denisa Žiláková together with State Secretary of the Ministry of Education Róbert Zsembera presented a new scholarship support for university students, which can be a decisive reason for many applicants to stay at home and prepare for a quality career in transport.

Future students, if you decide to study "transport" programmes at TUKE from the 2025/2026 academic year onwards, such as air transport, business transport logistics, air transport management or civil engineering and transport construction at our faculties FBERG, Faculty of Aviation and Faculty of Civil Engineering, you can receive up to €4,000 per year (per academic year) thanks to the scholarship scheme for talented students. €4,000 will be awarded to students automatically when they apply and are admitted to the transport faculties. If they achieve excellent academic results (in one of the shortage subjects) under the Talented Student Scheme, they can be supported with an additional €4,000 per year, up to a total of €8,000 per academic year from both schemes. 🤝
