The Electoral Assembly, consisting of the members of the Academic Senate of the Technical University of Košice and the members of the Board of Trustees of the Technical University of Košice, in accordance with Section 10 (5) of Act No. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended, the Statute of the Technical University of Košice and the Principles for the Election of a Candidate for Rector and Acceptance of the Proposal for Removal of the Rector of the Technical University of Košice, held on 15 May 2023, elected by secret ballot by all votes a candidate for Rector of the Technical University of Košice for the term of office from 16 August 2023 to 15 August 2027
